Annual New Year’s Antique Auction Extravaganza

Stevens Auction Company is pleased to announce our annual New Year’s Extravaganza Auction on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 10 am CST. The auction will consist of classic restored antique automobiles along with hundreds of rare and unusual items that will cross the auction block. These unique pieces come from prominent estates from cities like Fayetteville, TN, New Orleans, LA, Baton Rouge, LA, Vicksburg, MS, and original furnishings from Woodlawn in Nashville, TN. A partial listing of items contained in these magnificent estates includes one of a kind items from such prolific furniture makers including J.H. Belter, J & JW Meeks, Thomas Brooks, A Roux, Karpen, RJ Horner and Mitchell and Rammelsberg. The auction will also include great early Old Paris porcelains, a collection of brilliant cut glass, original works of art, including portraits from Woodlawn mansion of Nashville, antique lamps, large sets of china and Persian handmade rugs. We will also be selling a rare Federal Forte piano and a Steinway baby grand piano, a clock collection and over fifteen large Rococo Pier mirrors along with beautiful Victorian mantle mirrors. Our large building will be filled with hundreds of other pieces of Southern finery and antique home furnishings.

Open house preview will be Friday, January 24, 2020 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The auction will be held in the comfort of our downtown auction facility.
